Shipping policy

Returns Policy: 

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Each item is handmade and quality checked prior to being shipped.

In the incredibly unlikely event that the item is damaged in transit or faulty once it arrives, damaged goods must be reported to us via email within 3 days of it being delivered with video evidence attached via email including the original packaging & shipping label. 

If the video evidence are unclear we may ask for the item to be sent back to us for further investigation before a decision is made.

Please ensure the item is sent back using a tracked service so we are able to locate it. 

Delivery Returns Information:

Shipping Method: UK Royal Mail Tracked 48. (Within 2 working days) / Royal Mail International Tracked: (Within 15 days)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details within your dispatch email.

Once the item has left our warehouse and a tracking number is provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to track its whereabouts and query any delivery issues with Royal Mail directly.
