If you’d like your order to arrive by Christmas, please note that personalised items must be ordered by Friday, December 5th, 2025, and all other items must be ordered by Sunday, December 7th, 2025.

How long will my order take to arrive?

🖐️All KBK items are made to order, by hand. Due to this, production times may vary. Items can take up to 10 working days to create before they are ready to ship. If your order is finished sooner, we’ll ship it right away!


📦As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with Royal Mail shipping confirmation and full tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


⏳Once shipped, UK orders will be delivered within 48 hours, for the USA & the rest of the world, delivery can take upto 7 working days.

Which size should I get?

We've made a video to watch on our different sizes to make it easier to decide. All Satin Bonnet & Showercap headbands are adjustable, so the size of the bonnet depends on the length/thickness of your hair.

Satin Care Guide | How to take care of your KBK products

Satin Care Instructions

🧺Hand Wash Recommended The best way to clean satin is by hand. Fill a basin with warm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing.

🧼Machine Wash (Delicate Only)Use a delicate cycle with warm water (under 30°) and a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric and reduce sheen.

💧Air Dry Only Hang to air dry. Do NOT tumble dry.

🔥Ironing Iron on a low heat if needed.

🛁Shower Caps (Special Care)Shower caps must be hand washed only. Separate the satin from the waterproof layer and hand wash the satin using a mild detergent.
